I decided to treat Bryce to some extra fun through finger paint. He loved it. I am not sure what he liked more the actual painting on paper or squishing the paint through his fingers. It was worth it either way.

We were invited to join my sister and her family at Calaway park last Sunday which was a lot of fun. I was really surprised at how much there was for Bryce’s age group. Ryan and I took turns going on rides with Bryce when he wasn’t going by himself. Thanks for the invite Vicky!

Okay so we decided to try and see if we could show Bryce how to fly a kite however the odds were against us. As you can see by the pictures the kite never really got off the ground. Bryce still had tonnes of fun because there was a lot of room to run around in the open field. Nate enjoyed himself too.

Well now that it has been a few weeks and Ryan has gone back to work I thought I would take a minute to update everyone and post a few pictures. I added 3 new posts with pictures so check them out when you get a minute. Nate is doing fabulous. Last Friday I took him to be weighed and he was 8lbs 1 oz which is almost a whole pound above his birth weight. He is a great eater and is content unless he is hungry. He is becoming more alert all the time and seems to be responding to everyone and everything. Bryce is doing well too. He is still adjusting to our new addition however if we are patient I am sure it will pass soon. He is very helpful with grabbing diapers, soothers, or just trying to comfort Nate through patting his head or holding him. He is very gentle and loving. As for Ry he has had his ups and downs since we have been home. We came home and had a few great family days which were intrupeted by Ry hurting his knee and being on crutches. Too funny for those of you who know him. He is doing fine now and is off the crutches thank goodness. As for me I feel great too. I am energic and very postive so far. I am adjusting to have 2 boys and not being able to do everything all in one day. It helps that I enjoy watching the boys interact, grow and mature. Now that Ryan is back at work I am hoping to find our new normal or routine quickly so that I can start getting things done including keeping updates on the website. Anyways got to go. Hopefully I can get a nap in before the boys wake up.
He didn’t like it at all until the nurse put him in the nice warmer.

Here are a few pictures of Bryce and Kade getting ready for Stampede! They were jumping and dancing around to bounce the hats off there heads. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of Kade by himself but you can imagine what it was like with the 2 of them. Enjoy!
