So for Christmas Bryce ended up with his First pair of Skates and a brand new Hockey Helmet ! Our original plan was to take Bryce out on  the 27th but then Amanda and I ended up getting sick. So instead we went out New Years Day while Grandma and Grandpa Medernach watched Nate for us. This would allow Amanda to teach Bryce how to skate and I would be able to not worry about dropping Nate 🙂 as I skate.

Bryce’s First Time on Skates

So we had a blast at Emerson’s party. We got to see a bunch of friends to start the new year off.

Everyone at one point got out to the skating rink and Bryce got to “lace the skates up” for the second time this year. Nate had fun while skating around with Mom.
