So it is only 10am and we have already had 2 snacks, painted, and made muffins. Wow how do daycare providers do it!

Vacation 2011
So we have now been on vacation for a week and have really enjoyed taking our time to enjoy the new house and life itself. We have been to Kayben farms, theTyrell Museum, Calaway park, and now Green gate. Ry and I were talking today and its funny because we have been outside more in the month that we have lived here than we were in a year in Deer run. Our actions just show we belong here and love it here in Evergreen.

A tour of the fire hall.
While we were at the museum we thought we would ask to see if we could get a tour of the fire hall next door and they were very accommodating. Greg a senior nozzleman came down and talked to the kids and showed us around. He did a fabulous job, the kids loved it. Thank you district 16!!

Firefighter muesum here in Calgary
My sister found out that there is a new firefighter muesum in Calgary that opened in June. We thought we would check it out. It was a really good visit however I had hoped it was a little more interactive. I think over time it will become better and better. Here are some pictures.
